Kathy has over 20 years of experience of working in the not-for-profit sector. She has focussed on human resources, office management, conferences and events.  She has spent several years undertaking governance and meeting preparation for various charities and is currently a Trustee on the board of Making Music, a leisure time music charity.


Current Work 

As IHRB’s Governance & People Operations Manager, Kathy helps to ensure that IHRB and its subsidiaries and associated companies are well-governed and well supported for people management. The role plays a crucial part in assuring the overall quality and performance of the charity by handling various operational, people-related, and governance duties, and providing comprehensive support for people functions.


Before IHRB

Kathy has worked in administration, HR and on governance issues for cancer charities including Imperial Cancer Research Fund (now Cancer Research UK), two faith-based organisations, The United Society and Council for World Mission; and Thames21, a London waterways charity.
