Rae Lindsay

Rae is a Partner in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice of Clifford Chance LLP and co-head of the Firm’s Public International Law and Business & Human Rights practices. She is also a member of the Firm’s ESG Board.  Rae previously served as Co-Chair of Trustees of the Institute for Human Rights and Business and now is a member of the IHRB International Advisory Council.

She has longstanding experience of advising states and state entities, international organisations as well as corporations and financial institutions across a variety of sectors.

Rae’s focus on business and human rights and across ESG issues includes advising clients on policy development and implementation through internal processes; due diligence and risk management (including value chain risk management); advisory and transactional mandates; transparency and accountability; dispute avoidance and resolution.
